Job description

About the role:

Within the Paid Media team (6 people at the moment), the role encompasses all google campaigns and remarketing, across all countries and on both sides of the marketplace, You will:

  • Manage the paid ads campaigns
  • Work with organic paid media team to empower organic post in our top funnel strategy
  • In collaboration with the Search lead, define the paid search strategy for Ankorstore in all countries.
  • Translate marketing objectives into Media KPIs and structuring projects.
  • Work as a team with the social and analytics teams for a perfect media mix strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our growth and sales teams on inbound leads.
  • Work with Lead Gen to optimize the brand’s inbound funnel.
  • Work with products to optimize the retailer inbound funnel.
  • Assist the communications team
  • Continuously test and learn

Preferred experience

The experience we require:

  • 1-2 years experience in Paid Media (in an agency or a Startup)
  • Proven track record of scaling acquisition on paid ads
  • Fluent in English
  • You have know-how to monitor Google/Bing campaigns
  • You are curious and always up-to-date in the ever-changing Ads environment
  • You’re very analytical (excellent excel/sheet skills are a minimum requirement)
  • Great communication
  • Worked with cross-functional with different teams
  • Other skills that would add value:
  • Fluency in German, Dutch or Swedish (or any other European language is a plus)
