About your role:

Within the Growth team, you will be in charge of all our Social Ads efforts. The role encompasses Social Ads and remarketing, across all countries and on both sides of the marketplace.

  • Define and own our strategy and funnels on Social channels, especially Facebook/Instagram
  • Manage relationships with third parties (freelancers, agency)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our growth and Sales teams on inbound leads
  • Work with Lead Gen to optimize the Brand inbound funnel
  • Work with Product to optimize the Retailer inbound funnel
  • Assist Communication team
  • Be responsible for all Landing Pages and tools
  • Set the metrics to measure channel effectiveness and optimize efforts to prioritize resources
  • Analyze data to track our campaigns and manage dashboards/reports
  • Be responsible for segmenting our efforts: by country and / or category and / or whatever is relevant
  • Continually test and learn
  • Always searching for new channels

  • Work hand in hand with SEA team for a perfect mix media strategy
  • Work hand in hand with Lead Generation and Sales Ops team to align targets
  • Improve the team performance every day through relentless adjustments of our bidding strategies
  • Setting up & tracking of team objectives with the Paid Media Manager
  • Project Management with the Growth team to find new acquisition channels
  • Reporting of the team activity & performance
  • Help Communication team on their Paid Efforts

Preferred experience

The experience we require:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an agency or Startup in Paid Media with a proven track record of scaling acquisition on the Social Ads side
  • Having worked on International Ads

The 5 most important qualities to succeed in this role:

  • You are Fluent in English
  • You have a deep understanding of Social Ads
  • You are curious and always up-to-date in the ever changing Ads environment
  • You love to automate things
  • You’re very analytical (excellent excel/sheet skills are a minimum requirement)

Other skills that would add value:

  • Fluent German, French, Swedish or Dutch is a plus
  • Coding skills are appreciated (at least HTML, JS and Google App Script)
  • Knowledge of SQL is strongly preferred (or you’ll learn it with us ;) )
