Within the Business Operations Team, you will be at the center of our commercial processes.
- Helping us build a perfect onboarding funnel for internal teams. helping new employees ramp up rapidly but also centralizing processes at a central level.
- You will transform the needs of every branchs of the business in actual, usable processes and training materials.
- Prioritize the needs of each team based on our road map.
- Develop an interactive training funnel for new joiners.
- Develop and manage the Ankorstore Bible by centralizing every processes.
- Work hand in hand with Business Operations Managers and Product Teams to simultaneously build strong processes and training materials.
- Implement training sessions for new process / tools, coordinate with other teams to create specialized trainings (tech / SQL / Salesforce…) with gamification in mind.
- Bring quality monitoring and coaching for Commercial and Customer Care Teams to a new level.
The experience we require:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Sales Ops / Sales Enablement / Corporate Training within a fast growing environment.
- Having worked on International & Crossborder questions
The 5 most important qualities to succeed in this role:
- You are Fluent in English
- You have a deep understanding of Sales tools and CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive)
- You have worked with Commercial Teams
- You have great communication and presentation skills
- You can translate complex ideas on a simple, easy to understand process.
Other skills that would add value:
- Fluent German or French is a plus
- Coding skills are appreciated (at least HTML, JS and Google App Script)
- Knowledge of SQL is strongly preferred (or you’ll learn it with us ;) )
