Together with the Head of Partnerships, you will work around large ERPs (Enterprise Resource Planning) and the consultancy ecosystems surrounding them to identify partner opportunities, support joint go-to-market initiatives, and enable partnerships to drive new ARR for Atlar.

  • Build and manage Atlar’s commercial relationships throughout lifecycle with:

    • ERP platforms (e.g, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)

    • 3rd parties across the ERP ecosystems (e.g., implementation specialists, resellers and accounting firms)

  • Own new partner outreach across email, cold calling, LinkedIn, events, and conferences

  • Develop trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organisations

  • Collaborate with partners on joint sales motions, co-selling, and opportunity development

  • Collaborate with internal marketing team to make partner initiatives happen like events, webinars, and targeted campaigns

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure partners are enabled and successful

  • Continuously refine our partner strategy based on performance and market learnings

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Between 3 – 7 years of commercial experience either from past roles related to partnerships, business development or sales

  • Experience from partnership ecosystems, ideally from major ERPs

  • Ability to discuss Atlar’s value proposition with comfort in navigating technical topics yourself with both partners and client prospects

  • Experience with outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations

  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment

  • High adaptability and understanding of change within the evolution of a startup

  • Self-starter and motivator

  • Native or equivalent proficiency in German, French, or Spanish

  • Experience in payments or financial services
