Product Associate – Accounting

Full-time, Stockholm

We’re on the lookout for a Product Associate – Accounting to join our team at our office in Stockholm.

About Atlar

Atlar is the AI-native treasury platform used by today's leading growth companies to manage cash, payments, forecasting, and liquidity in one place. Teams at Lovable, GetYourGuide, Storytel, Tide, Trustly, and Zilch use Atlar to connect their banks and ERPs in a single platform, save thousands of hours of manual work, unlock idle cash, and reduce errors at scale.

Atlar is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and backed by Index Ventures, investors in category-defining companies such as Adyen, Revolut, Figma, and more.

About the role

Every customer we onboard eventually needs Atlar talking to their ERP and accounting integrations are the foundation many of Atlar's other products rely on. This is a technical role: you need to understand both Atlar's side and the customer's ERP side (data models, APIs, sync logic) well enough to scope integrations accurately and answer customer questions.

You'll work day-to-day alongside our accounting engineering team, taking the technical back-and-forth with customers and sales off their plate, and handing them clear, well-scoped problems instead of raw requests.

What you'll do
  • Scope new ERP integrations: map out what's needed on Atlar's side vs. the customer's ERP side

  • Together with CPO and engineering build and maintain the accounting roadmap

  • Answer technical integration questions from customers and sales directly — API behavior, data mapping, what's possible and what isn't

  • Triage and sequence feature requests, onboardings, and integration work so the team always knows what to build next

  • Turn customer and sales feedback on accounting features into concrete, scoped requirements

  • Keep sales and delivery honest on integration timelines by scoping before commitments get made

What you'll need
  • 2+ years in technical product ownership — ideally with hands-on ERP integration experience

  • Real technical depth: can reason about APIs and data mapping well

  • Experience keeping an engineering team focused amid competing demands in a high pace environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Haves
  • Background as an ERP functional/implementation consultant, or in bank/fintech integration and solutions roles

  • Experience with ERP implementations and integration consulting

  • Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech startup
