In 2021, BallerTV live streamed over 300,000 youth basketball, volleyball, soccer and lacrosse games, powered by groundbreaking autonomous video capture and logistics technology. Similar to the early days of ESPN, BallerTV is rapidly expanding the spectrum of sports coverage and changing the landscape of sports broadcasting.

As a Lead Recruiter at BallerTV, you will partner with our leadership teams to find and attract top talent for BallerTV as we go through our next phase of growth. This role will manage the full Recruitment life cycle from start to finish and be the first point of contact for candidates across multiple disciplines from Operations to Engineering while ensuring an amazing candidate experience regardless of outcome.

As a Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Own the full Recruiting life cycle from start to finish including building candidate pipelines, sourcing, screening, offer negotiations and closing
  • Build relationships with hiring managers and prospective candidates
  • Work with Leadership to develop efficient and innovative Recruiting processes company-wide
  • Maintain data integrity and reporting standards to key stakeholders
  • Promote diversity and inclusion organization-wide
  • Manage all interview logistics, including but not limited to booking travel and accommodations, preparing interview rooms, coordinating video interviews and interview debriefs;
  • Post-interview outreach and communication of next steps, logistics, and follow-up questions (e.g. reimbursements);
  • Uphold ATS Driven Logistics policies and practices

What you’ll bring to BallerTV:

  • 5+ years of experience in a relevant talent acquisition role (startup experience preferred)
  • A passion for creating scalable Recruiting practices that attract and assess top talent while providing a best in class candidate experience
  • A keen sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Proven experience owning a search from end to end. Understanding the nuances & challenges of each step in the recruiting lifecycle
  • Data-driven mindset - tracking important metrics and creating reports for stakeholders company-wide
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (we use JazzHR), data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools
