Description of the role

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join our team. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

Working closely with the Email Executive to plan and execute BAU email marketing campaigns including writing creative briefs, building, testing, scheduling and deployment of email campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.

  • Proofread all BAU emails with a high attention to detail, ensuring that all emails reflect brand copy.
  • Using email reports & data insight to evaluate performance of all BAU email campaigns and make recommendations for improvements and optimization.
  • Support the Email Executive and CRM team to ensure email communications support branding efforts, retaining existing members and converting non-members.
  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing and Growth team to ensure brand email communications are aligned with other marketing channels and are reflective of business priorities.
  • Support the CRM team testing different email formats, content and timing to optimise each communication.

Requirements

  • Have previous experience or working knowledge of email marketing
  • Be familiar with email marketing tools, such as Emarsys or equivalent.
  • Have experience working in an E-commerce environment with competing deadlines and priorities.
