Your Mission

We are looking for a Team Leader to join the revenue management and pricing team. The RMP team is in charge of the business’s opportunity for revenue and profit optimization. Your role will be to manage a team of between 2 / 4 analysts (with 2 / 5 years of experience) to maximize the revenue on the portfolio your team is in charge of

Your Responsibilities

  • Team management: Monitoring analyst performance on weekly basis and during the bi-annual performance review
  • Support analysts in the preparation of the opening of sales, past performance analysis, and recommendation to adapt the dynamic pricing policy
  • Guarantee that the pricing strategy is well implemented and respected
  • Identify the tools (especially Revenue management tool), processes, and  KPI improvements required to enhance the team efficiency
  • Maximize the revenue of its own portfolio

Your Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in revenue management and pricing
  • Knowledge of revenue management tools with forecast and optimization
  • You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
  • You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
  • You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in English
  • Nice to have: Management experience, VBA coding knowledge
