Your Mission

We’re looking for a Senior Growth Lead to drive sustainable, data-informed growth across the entire customer lifecycle — from acquisition to retention - and take BlaBlaCar to the next level in Ukraine. You’ll own the local growth leading and partner with global teams on settings the strategy end-to-end, blending analytical rigor with creative experimentation to unlock new opportunities, optimize performance, and build scalable systems for long-term success.This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with marketing, business, product, data, and customer success teams to ensure that every stage of the funnel contributes to a seamless and engaging customer journey.

Your Role

  • Lead full-funnel growth initiatives — from awareness and acquisition to engagement, retention, and referral.
  • Develop and execute data-driven experiments to identify, test, and scale the most impactful growth levers.
  • Own key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve user journeys, messaging, and channel performance.
  • Design and manage multi-channel growth strategies, including performance marketing, lifecycle marketing (email, push, CRM), SEO/ASO, partnerships, and referrals.
  • Build and refine analytics frameworks to track performance, uncover insights, and inform decision-making.
  • Champion sustainable growth, ensuring acquisition strategies align with long-term retention and brand health.
  • Mentor and inspire junior team members and help build a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and accountability.

Your qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or data-driven product marketing, consultancy or entrepreneurship — ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and improving retention through full-funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with data tools (Tableau) and statistical thinking.
  • A creative problem-solver who can balance numbers with storytelling and brand-building.
  • Experience designing and executing A/B tests, marketing experiments, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of growth frameworks and sustainable growth principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to align teams around shared goals and insights.
  • Fluent in English and Ukrainian
