The RoleWe’re looking for an Email Marketing Assistant to join our Retention team. You’ll drive repeat orders through the creation and delivery of our weekly email and push channel campaigns. With a passion for our customers, you’ll build segments for each send within our CRM tool, Braze. Reporting to our Retention Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Building our emails, push notifications and in-app messages.

  • Coordinating with our Brand & Design, Range, and Country Teams to deliver considered, relevant and optimised campaigns.
  • Discount and tracking code creation in our content management system.
  • Newsletter & CRM campaign builds including all A/B tests and campaign variants.
  • Monitor A/B test results and report on campaign KPIs.
  • Segment builds for each campaign.
  • Our campaign creation process, updating regularly with most recent statuses so the team has excellent visibility.
  • End to end campaign creation for your markets, including historical retrospectives and analysis, contributing to campaign ideation, brief write ups, campaign testing, actioning feedback before seeking signoff, then scheduling and sending our beautiful campaigns to customers!


  • Ideally a year’s experience in email marketing, and a passion for marketing, data and customers.
  • Experience in coordinating a wide variety of stakeholders to tight timelines in a fast paced business.
  • Super organised - able to simultaneously run a number of concurrent projects / emails, delivering consistently to a high standard whilst remaining flexible for last minute changes.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly logical in your approach to solving problems
  • Attention to detail - you sweat the details and take care in your work so that you deliver to a consistently excellent standard.
  • Initiative - you take ownership to get things done and are willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Most importantly, you care about delivering world-class campaigns and are excited by the challenge of driving our most meaningful retention marketing channels!

Working EnvironmentCurrently the majority of our teams are working from home. However, in line with government restrictions, we are gradually opening up our beautiful, flower filled office again - for teams to use as much or as little as they’d like. We continue not to expect people to come in as a norm, though managers may ask teams to come in for specific reasons (unless you are a fully remote worker).

Our plan moving forward is to continue to find ways of incorporating remote work into our daily, business as usual, ways of operating. And we have no expectation that our teams will need to come into the office 5 days per week again.
