As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll apply your creativity, pragmatism, and user / customer focus to build delightful software that creates transformational value and addresses one of society’s most important challenges. We’re a highly collaborative team - you’ll work closely with everyone at the company. In our fast-paced high-growth environment, this role will require both excellence, hands-on individual contribution and strong leadership.

In this role you’ll:

  • Deeply understand our customer, the market and our business needs to help shape the product roadmap.
  • Lead initiatives and features across the entire product - doing hands on work on user research, defining problems and opportunities, scoping solutions, and partnering with engineering to execute on the solution.
  • Define and monitor success metrics and analyze customer feedback to do continual iteration and drive adoption and engagement of our product.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales and the leadership team to effectively prioritize competing opportunities and drive successful results toward our company goals.
  • Maintain focus and high velocity, organization, and most importantly create delightful and impactful end products

About you:

  • 3-5 years in a product management role, with 3+ in B2B / software
  • Detail oriented with a track record of taking products from inception to successful launch, including day-to-day prioritization, design, execution, go to market strategy and continual iteration.
  • Experience in digging into customer insight and product usage data to learn key insights and drive decision making.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills to bring different departments and ideas together toward a common goal
  • Understanding of UX principles and track record of shipping well-designed products
  • Customer and user-centricity, deep experience conducting user & customer research
  • Technical fluency, understanding of databases, web applications, API integrations etc.
  • A passion for solving important problems
