Built is looking for its first Partner Marketing Manager who will assume responsibility for the fulfillment and activation of a variety of partnership agreements. This position will serve as a support role within the Marketing department, serving the broader Revenue organization with various clients and projects. Built is expanding its partner strategy to work with and activate partnership opportunities worldwide. As Built continues to move up-market with larger customers, it seeks a candidate that has the ability and experience to own and execute the marketing strategy of an evolving partnership program that will drive revenue growth. As Partner Marketing Manager, you will define marketing and sales messages with and through all types of partners. This includes solution value propositions, ensuring world-class sales collateral, and providing evidence to drive and support ROI from the alliance which may include sales programs and customer interactions in the field.

In this Role, You Will:

  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned partners
  • Manage all related elements of assigned partnership agreements and initiatives including, but not limited to, marketing, hospitality, media, signage, and experiential opportunities
  • Operate multiple platforms to reach clients; ideate new methods and technologies to best deliver accretive value
  • Assist in the execution of partnership promotions and activation, primarily as related to events
  • Initiate ongoing communication and provide support as needed to the Director of Partnership, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Track and report campaign recap valuation for assigned partner accounts
  • Serve as liaison between external constituents such as vendors and contractors
  • Communicate needs and coordinate activity with all team members as appropriate to ensure complete fulfillment and success
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Champion Built’s mutually beneficial partnership objectives
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned in an agile team environment


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a field of general business, marketing, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of partnership marketing activation experience (More in-depth experience is a plus)
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment in providing exceptional client service, preferably in a high profile environment
  • Proven ability to execute strategic activation programs
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills
  • Able to thrive in a “do whatever it takes” environment
  • Broad knowledge and experience in marketing, promotion, sponsorship activation
  • A smart project manager with a track record of delivering
  • A performance-driven self-starter
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Very hands-on, with a positive can-do attitude which reflects the company’s corporate culture
