We are looking for determined Mid-Market (MM)/Small Medium Business (SMB) sales professionals

  • Who understand the value of our product and can confidently articulate our value proposition to Loan
  • Admins + managers in the banking or asset management space, particularly Credit Financial
  • Officers within financial institutions (i.e community banks, credit unions, and other lender services).

  • Generating new opportunities, exceeding quota, leading discovery, and thrive on solving real
  • Challenges for clients. They will be proficient in SaaS communication and selling abilities.


  • Develop and follow sales strategy within assigned territory/market segment
  • Perform as an individual contributor
  • Exemplify compelling demonstration ability and own the demonstrations from start to finish (with discretionary assistance from Subject Matter Experts/Solution Engineers) that display the Built value proposition
  • Conduct effective meetings with prospects, perform deep discovery, and qualification sessions to quantify ROI by asking excellent questions, perform deep discovery and show listening skills
  • Develop and progress opportunities and close software agreements in the banking and investment management markets


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5+ years experience running the full sales cycle (cold call to close) of a complex solution using a consultative approach
  • Process oriented, always looking for ways to improve/refine
  • Leads by example through perseverance, humility, and initiative
  • Must have exposure and seek to be proficient in understanding of the banking or asset management space, or demonstrate an ability to sell into either market
  • Demonstrated knowledge/experience regarding back office banking operations
  • Experience with native SaaS solutions, and their unique value relative to on-premise solutions
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue targets, including achieving annual multi-million dollar sales goals
  • Superb interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently but within a team environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • SaaS sales experience is preferred
