As a Keyholder you will be the face of the brand, displaying excellent customer service and providing our broad clientele with the perfect customer experience within the luxury environment of Bicester Village whilst supporting with the day to day running of the store

We are looking for a 40 hour flexible worker who will be able to provide floor support throughout the week and weekends. The base pay for the role is £8.50 per hour with a competitive commission scheme, As a keyholder you will be responsible for the team in a managers absence along with opening and closing procedures

You will need to have excellent customer service skills and self presentation, providing an in depth knowledge of our handmade products. You will ensure all aspects of the store standards are kept on top of along with ensuring the floor is well maintained and staffed at all times.

We continuously aim to improve all aspects of our business with ideas coming from all areas. You will have a voice and will work closely with the Store Management team for your continued development and training to achieve your personal goals along with the stores.

Main Duties:

  • Provide exceptional customer service as standard across all areas of the business
  • Ensure high levels of security are maintained at all times
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping and visual standards in store.
  • Identify current and future customer requirements.
  • Support the Managers in the day to day running of the store.
  • Maintain the reputation of the Cambridge Satchel Brand.
  • Be enthusiastic, energetic and confident at all times
  • Maximise sales, achieve sales targets and increase profit.
  • Constantly develop knowledge of product, new lines, promotions etc to assist customers to the best of your ability.
  • Carry out repairs, embossing and care of leather goods on a daily basis
  • Handle cash and closing procedures
  • Solve customer queries and complaints via the correct methods
  • Liaise with head office to further the business objectives

Job Types: Full-time, Commission
