Capitolis is looking for a talented Technical Recruiter Specialist to join our rapidly growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, working closely with our hiring managers, and managing and improving internal processes. The successful candidate thrives in a startup environment and continuously thinks creatively and outside the box.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment process – in Israel as well as across our global sites
  • Develop recruitment strategies and campaigns using various sourcing techniques, creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
  • Create and maintain an excellent candidate experience
  • Work closely with hiring managers to profile the best candidates, provide guidance and help them build excellent teams
  • Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously
  • Build and facilitate training for hiring managers and new employees
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute employer brand strategy across digital channels (website, advertising, social media, etc.)
  • Provide HR support to employees

Who You Are

  • At least 1 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for startups or hi-tech companies
  • Proven sourcing skills and experience with recruiting databases and social media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, and more)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • A proactive and can-do attitude
  • Comfortable in an ever-changing, rapid-growth environment
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and events
  • Proven experience with in-depth behavioral interviews is a plus
  • Previous experience with Greenhouse is a plus
  • Experience with global recruitment is a plus
