Castle is a profitable, 20-person cybersecurity company that protects over 1B users from fraud and abuse at companies like Canva, Atlassian, and Rockstar Games.

You'll the first dedicated RevOps hire at Castle.

In the past year, we've handled renewals, contracts, and invoicing across leadership while building an internal, AI-powered CRM and invoicing platform called CastleOS that lets our small team operate like a company several times our size.

Now we need someone who owns the RevOps machine full-time and can do the proactive work that's been slipping. You use CastleOS every day for pipeline tracking, invoice management, and deal enrichment. You're the expert validating its output and telling us what repetitive work to automate next.

For smaller customers, you prep and own renewal timelines end to end, with the goal of automating as much of the process as possible. In a typical deal, you handle invoicing, procurement, and contract logistics.

For enterprise renewals with a pricing conversation, you do all the prep: usage data, contract history, and two or three options with rationale.

You were the RevOps person at an early-stage B2B SaaS company, and maybe you were the only one. You both built processes and chased contract signatures yourself because there was no one else.

This is a high-ownership role on a small, profitable team building for the AI era.
