At Castle, we're on a mission to protect online users against hackers and bots. Our vision is to be the easiest and most developer friendly way of adding user account security processes to your platform. Using our APIs, companies can track user interactions to figure out when accounts have been compromised as well as giving their users the ability to recover their accounts eg. by sending out an email notification or text message.

You will work directly with the VP of Sales, 2 Account Executives, 4 BDRs and one BDR manager to run the complete sales cycle for all deals. You will help the sales team and further establish an effective outbound sales process.

You will

  • Work with our team to execute an outbound strategy for prospects with ARR $100k+
  • Lay the foundation for our enterprise sales process
  • Be influential in helping design, guide and train the sales team

You have

  • Early-stage startup experience – you have 5+ years of previous sales experience in a similar capacity selling a highly technical or cloud security product in the $100k-$500k ARR range
  • Technical: you'll run product demos and walk through integration guides yourself whenever a sales engineer isn't available
  • Outbound first mentality – you're always ready to hunt
  • Proven and consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a new business
  • You have experience working with APIs or technical products that require integration
