Opportunities to make an impact with bold thinking are real - and happening daily.

About the role

In this role you will be instrumental to the success of Coalition’s EEA expansion strategy and form an integral part of a small and growing team based in Germany. You will oversee the daily operations of our European entity, create strong relationships with our carrier partners and across Coalition, oversee product enhancements, input into future expansion strategy, including planning, and monitor the underwriting and claims performance. Proficiency in English and German is mandatory, as cross-functional collaboration between European and North American teams will be frequent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and seeks to make a tangible impact across all facets of business operations.
