Meeting your future team:

  • Collibra seeks a focused, highly independent leader to help shape and drive its People Analytics and Workforce Planning efforts.
  • This high-impact role will report to our Sr. Director of Total Rewards and Analytics and will work directly with upper management and executive leaders in every organization across the company
  • The role will have a direct impact on Collibra’s strategic initiatives around analytics and workforce planning.

A Manager, People Analytics & Workforce Planning is responsible for:

  • Continual Workforce Planning. Drive Collibra’s workforce planning effort through creation and maintenance of our strategy and engagement of stakeholders to get us to a state of continual workforce planning across the organization
  • People Analytics. Prioritize needs, drive results, raise quality, and build infrastructure for all People Data. This includes leading the People Analytics team to define critical metrics, automate reporting, provide insights, conduct experiments, assess effectiveness, and build reliable predictions, all while advocating the appropriate usage of People Data to drive data-informed decisions across the organization.
  • Collibra. Oversee and promote the implementation of Collibra to drive adoption of its internal use and inform the improvement and selling of our own product

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical and/or managerial role within HR, preferably in People Analytics
  • 3+ years of experience in workforce planning
  • Certification or 2+ years of experience working with a BI tool (Tableau preferred)

  • Someone who has a record of success working with stakeholders across and organization to create and maintain data products that are used at every level of the organization
  • Someone who allocates resources (both people and materials) effectively and efficiently to strategically address combatting needs and satisfy stakeholder requirements
  • Someone who has a record of successfully improving the efficiency of data pipelines, getting data to a place to support automation and machine learning
  • Someone who celebrates successes of their team and pushes for continuous learning and growth for those around them

Measuring Success:

  • By the end of your first month, you will have established a project plan for getting us to a state of continual workforce planning and helped organize immediate priorities for the People Analytics team
  • By the end of your third month, you will have organized a team to get us to a state of continual workforce planning and oversaw the transformation of our People Data to properly support continual workforce planning
  • By the end of your sixth month, you will have overseen the production of required People Analytics reports and materials and guided the workforce planning team and stakeholders across the organization to a state of continual workforce planning
