Joining Collibra’s Talent Coordination team

Collibra is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in London to support our EMEA hiring efforts. Your impact will be felt within the Talent Acquisition team from the very minute you start. You will be responsible for making sure our recruiting process and candidate experience move seamlessly, maximizing efficiency in the process with strong communication and transparency along the way. Reporting to our Team Lead, Talent Coordination, you will be responsible for:

  • High-volume scheduling for our EMEA recruiting team, including scheduling of phone screens, video interviews, technical tests/work samples/presentations, and in the future - onsite interviews and occasional candidate travel; this includes multiple candidates across multiple processes, all in parallel
  • Providing an outstanding candidate experience by being proactive and responsive, and by providing timely updates to candidates regarding their interviews or status as needed
  • Building deep relationships with your recruiting peers and business partners, and prioritizing customer experience with a strong attention to detail every step of the way
  • Ensuring constant accuracy and quality of data in our ATS for all of your recruiting partners’ active jobs
  • Identifying opportunities to improve Collibra’s process, candidate experience, and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting journey

You Have:

  • Worked as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar HR role with experience in high volume scheduling within a fast-paced environment
  • Calendar management experience across time zones
  • Experience working with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems
  • A strong knowledge of G Suite and Excel, working knowledge of systems such as Zoom & Slack, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Strong written & oral communication skills

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will learn Collibra’s Talent Acquisition processes & tools, you will start scheduling interviews and building team & partner relationships.
  • Within your third month, you will be a trusted partner to both your assigned recruiters and interview teams, as well as the candidates in your process.
  • Within your sixth month, you will be a vital part of the recruiting process in EMEA and will be able to help identify opportunities for process improvement.
