Collibra is at a pivotal point in its growth and we are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead and scale the digital marketing web organization, oversee the global web strategy, and marketing content lifecycle management.

As an expert in this area, you will work with business stakeholders, UX teams, and developers to create compelling, effective, and innovative online experiences on that result in a positive impact to our prospects and customers.

We are in the process of rebuilding and hiring an in-house digital organization. If you are a builder and you are passionate about fostering teams and delivering great data driven digital experiences then you will love this role.

The Sr. Director, Web Strategy and Product Management at Collibra is responsible for:

  • Develop holistic web strategy, prioritizing near and long term opportunities based on current initiatives and performance across the user journey for both desktop and mobile experiences
  • Launch and manage an enterprise digital governance framework, including decision-making roles, performance accountabilities and roadmap
  • Oversee all web initiatives and ensure that they are implemented to support business strategies with an eye towards performance, conversion and user satisfaction
  • Leverage data analytics, personalization strategies, analytic tools, and automation to help increase revenue and profitability
  • Manage and build a team comprised of Web architecture, Engineering, Project Management and  Content Management to create a cohesive and connected experience

You Have:

  • 15 years’ experience in digital across all practice areas including search, web, digital advertising, marketing; with extensive experience with developing state-of-the-art website experiences
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe and Salesforce digital experience solutions and on top of trends and leading practices in digital and Martech to drive innovation.
  • Experience in complex global program management with demonstrated cross-functional ability to influence and lead a diverse set of stakeholders at all levels of the company

  • Within your first month, you will have met the marketing team and you will understand our team goals and our first half plan.
  • Within your third month, you will be in charge of and managing the agency that partners with us for the redesign
  • Within your sixth month, you will be onboarding your team, measuring results, planning and executing.
