The Digital Marketing team is responsible for the Digital Customer Experience at Collibra and our vision is to understand our customer needs so we can empower them to achieve even more than they had anticipated. Content is core to our vision and we are in the process of deploying a centralized asset management system (DAM). We are looking for a Content Operations Lead to join the digital team and oversee our DAM implementation and create an overall content lifecycle for digital assets.

Digital Asset Librarian’s at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Defining the structure of the DAM/WCM repository so that it supports authoring and content retrieval
  • Developing taxonomies and metadata schemas for organizing information resources on the basis of business goals and stakeholder requirements
  • Preparing a long-term plan for categorizing, indexing, and archiving content and information resources
  • Coordinating daily content asset intake and retrieval
  • Training and supporting content contributors
  • Designing and optimizing workflows, templates, standards, and processes for content asset management

You Have:

  • 5+ years experience working with DAM systems (preferably Adobe AEM), metadata, taxonomies, key working, & tagging assets
  • Experience in building a content operations function
  • Extensive knowledge of content workflows from intake to localization
  • Strong program management skills and able to think through short and long term strategy as it relates to content priorities
  • Knowledge of the different marketing communication channels to effectively deliver information to different audiences

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will get up to speed on Collibra, the marketing organization and the current web re-platforming initiative
  • Within your third month, you will be an active contributor to the web project, focused on the DAM implementation, content management and taxonomy implementation
  • Within your sixth months, you will assume all the responsibilities described above and established a roadmap to drive adoption of the DAM and further connect it with the larger digital ecosystem
