As the Marketing Operations Specialist, you are the engine room of our Marketing GTM machine. While you will support the Manager, Marketing Operations design the blueprint, you are also the builder and the guardian of the systems. You will be responsible for the "day-to-day" excellence of our Martech stack; ensuring data flows seamlessly between marketing platforms and Salesforce, building the workflows that power our campaigns, and turning raw data into the dashboards that drive executive decisions.

This is a role for a technical executor who loves "the plumbing" and takes pride in a perfectly clean CRM and a flawlessly executed campaign launch.

What You Will Be Doing

1. System Administration & Integration Health

  • HubSpot <> SFDC Sync: Own the day-to-day health of the HubSpot-Salesforce integration. You will monitor sync errors, map new fields, and ensure that data integrity is maintained across both platforms.
  • Tech Stack Maintenance: Assist in the administration of our leading tech stack, including Qualified, LeanData, and Demandbase, ensuring users are provisioned and tools are firing correctly.

2. Campaign Operations & Data Management

  • The Campaign Launchpad: Act as the primary technical resource for campaign execution. You will support the marketing team with the "back-end" of marketing initiatives i.e. the underlying automation that ensures every click is tracked and every lead is routed.
  • The Post-Event Engine: Own the end-to-end data process for offline events (trade shows, conferences etc). This includes cleaning lead lists, enriching data via Clay, uploading to HubSpot, and triggering the correct follow-up processes.
  • Data Hygiene: Run regular audits to deduplicate records, fix formatting issues, and ensure our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) attributes are accurately captured.

3. Reporting & Insight Delivery

  • Dashboard Construction: Build and maintain reports in HubSpot, Salesforce and Looker to track MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates.
  • Attribution Support: Work within Dreamdata to ensure all touchpoints are being tracked correctly to ensure we have full funnel attribution reporting.
  • Performance Monitoring: Provide weekly updates on campaign performance, highlighting bottlenecks in the lead funnel.

4. Workflow & Process Automation

  • Automation Build: Build and test complex workflows in HubSpot for lead scoring, automated nurturing, and internal notifications.
  • Process Documentation: Keep our "GTM Playbook" up to date by documenting every workflow and system change you implement.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Marketing or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • The HubSpot/SFDC Specialist: You have deep experience in HubSpot (Marketing Hub) and Salesforce. You know how to build a report, map a custom object, and troubleshoot a sync error in your sleep.
  • Data Obsessive: You are highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. You find satisfaction in a clean CSV and have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality.
  • Tool Curious: While you are a HubSpot expert, you are eager to learn and master other Martech tools like Clay, LeanData, and Dreamdata.
  • Agility: You can pivot from a technical deep-dive into a Salesforce mapping issue to the rapid execution of a post-event lead upload.

Why this role?

You will be working under a strategic leader in a "future-stack" environment. You won't just be doing traditional Ops; you will be learning how to use AI (Gemini/Claude) and Clay to automate the boring parts of your job, giving you more time to build sophisticated GTM motions.
