The Mission

We're looking for a senior sales hunter to join our mission in eliminating financial crime. This role is singular in its focus: new logo acquisition. You'll own the full new business cycle from building your territory strategy and generating pipeline to closing high-value deals with Fintechs, Banks, and Payment companies. We provide the tech and the infrastructure; you bring the strategic vision, the relentless drive, and a proven ability to open and close net new business.

What you’ll be doing

  • The Hunt (New Business): You'll own your pipeline from the ground up, building and executing a territory strategy that drives consistent, compounding new business. You'll partner closely with your BDR to align on target accounts, coordinate outreach cadences, and run a joint coverage model. Pipeline doesn't happen to you; you build the system that creates it.
  • The Close: You'll lead the full sales cycle: qualifying, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with a focus on creating urgency and winning net new logos.
  • The Strategy: You'll build and own a territory plan from day one: identifying your ICP, tiering your accounts, and defining how you and your BDR will work in concert to penetrate the market. You'll feed market intelligence back to our Product teams and help elevate junior sales members.
  • The Goal: Consistently overachieve on new business quota.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience: You have a proven track record (8+ years) in B2B SaaS sales with a focus on new business. You've built a pipeline from scratch and closed net new logos consistently and you have the numbers to prove it.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in Fintech, RegTech, or Financial Services is a huge plus. If you know AML, Compliance, or Transaction Monitoring, you'll hit the ground running.
  • Methodology: You’re a fan of standardized sales processes (think MEDDICC, Sandler, or Challenger) and use them to navigate complex deals.
  • Pipeline Ownership: You have a demonstrated ability to build a pipeline independently and not just work inbound or handed leads. You know how to develop a territory strategy, prioritize accounts, and run a consistent outbound motion quarter over quarter.
  • BDR Partnership: You've operated in a model where you co-own pipeline generation with a BDR. You know how to set shared targets, align on ICP and messaging, and run a coordinated outreach strategy and not just assign a list and wait for results.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, think on your feet, and are always looking for ways to do things better.

How we work:

Our values describe how we operate, and they map closely to this role:

  • Make a safer world: Every role here contributes to financial systems that are harder for criminals to exploit. You will keep the customer and the real-world outcome of our work visible in everything the team does.
  • Raise the bar: We set ambitious standards and pursue them with discipline, never settling for good enough. You will raise the bar on the team's capability and craft, and balance that ambition with care for the people behind it.
  • See it, own it, drive it forward: We notice what needs to change, take personal responsibility, and move with purpose. You will lead with a bias for action and see things through.
  • Win as one team: Financial crime is complex and global, and no function solves it alone. You will build trust and shared goals across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
