About the Role:

Due to our rapid growth, we have an immediate opening for a Senior Sourcer to join us!  This is a critical role within our global talent acquisition team with a primary focus on engaging passive leads to build our top-of-the-funnel candidate pipeline and delivering hires to our engineering, product, and pre/post-sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Source top-of-funnel (passive) leads for engineering, product, and pre/post-sales openings based at Bangalore.
  • Partner with recruiting and hiring managers/teams to calibrate on cross-functional requirements throughout the company and manage candidates through initial screening and interview process.
  • Develop and iterate on outreach strategy including identification/sourcing through various channels, and effective selling of value proposition to prospective candidates.
  • Provide metrics and analysis on sourcing campaigns.
  • Drive effective lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn, Entelo, Crunchbase, Github, and identify/test other methodologies and 3rd party software/solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong sourcing skills (hunter’s mindset) or agency recruiting experience.
  • Ability to correctly target and identify leads based on various criteria to match Confluent’s highest priority openings.
  • Goal-oriented, metrics-driven sourcer with the ability to fine-tune process and methodology to optimize response rates.
  • Previous experience with one or more industry standards applicant tracking systems: i.e. Lever, Greenhouse, etc.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
