About the Role

Confluent is scaling rapidly and our Talent Coordinators play an integral role in how we grow our team. This is a great opportunity to partner with recruiters and hiring leaders across the company to help bring in top talent. In this role, you will learn foundational recruiting, HR and operations skills and impact one of the fastest growing start-ups in Silicon Valley. As a Talent Coordinator, you will work cross-functionally to provide a world-class candidate experience and act as an operations ambassador as we work to implement scalable processes.

What will you be doing

  • Coordinate a high volume of global interview logistics (scheduling, candidate travel and reimbursements) for onsite and remote interviews (including for candidates in the USA)
  • Partner with recruiting and business stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience
  • Track and update candidate status and interactions in our recruiting systems
  • Hosting candidates during onsite interviews

Essential Attributes, Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills - you gotta know how to make the stars align!
  • High sense of urgency and effective time management skills - to ensure you can keep on top of the work.
  • Collaboration and teamwork - How we work with and communicate with the team makes the world of difference in this role.
  • Passion to provide the best candidate experience - that’s what this role is all about.
  • 1+ year(s) work experience in global recruiting in a similar working environment
  • Experience scheduling for US based candidates and recruiters is preferable (although not essential)
  • Ability to quickly pick up systems and processes

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with an ATS and/or HRIS (eg Taleo, Greenhouse, Lever, GoodTime etc)
  • Proficiency in GSuite
