Culture Amp is looking for a Lead Infrastructure Security Engineer who will be responsible for implementing and managing the core security technologies that support our multi-disciplinary security function. We’re searching for an experienced infrastructure engineer with a background in managing security solutions including SIEM (Splunk), EDR (CrowdStrike), WAF, and cloud-native security tools.

The Lead Infrastructure Security Engineer will help to uplift our security platforms, designing and implementing new security tools, reconfiguring existing tools to align with best practice and emerging threats, and developing documentation and processes for operational support. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to the security of the Culture Amp platform while working with talented engineers in a cloud-centric security environment with some of the latest technologies.

Your role in the Camp:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and operational management of security solutions
  • Participate in the ongoing development and continuous improvement of Culture Amp’s security technologies
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation to improve prevention, detection, and response capabilities and drive efficient operations
  • Assist in the development and improvement of processes, standards, and documentation relating to security tools and platforms
  • Contribute to solution designs and collaborate with security and engineering teams to review the operational readiness of solutions
  • Assist with audit activity where required including maintenance of audit records
  • Respond to queries from employees, and help champion security within the organisation

What skills you’ll bring to the Camp:

  • Extensive experience implementing, managing, and integrating SIEM platforms, Splunk experience highly advantageous
  • Experience managing key enterprise security solutions including EDR, WAF, SOAR, Mail Security Gateways, and DLP
  • Experience architecting and managing infrastructure solutions in a cloud environment, Amazon Web Services highly advantageous
  • Experience with AWS CloudFormation and Python advantageous
  • A positive attitude and a passion for security
  • The ability to respond to security events outside of usual work hours on rostered basis
  • Industry recognised infrastructure or security qualifications highly advantageous
