Marketing Coordinator responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic marketing activities for customers and prospects
  • Implement marketing plans that include online content, virtual engagements, face-to-face events, paid social, etc.
  • Set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
  • Liaise with vendors and stakeholders during the campaign planning process to ensure everything is in order
  • Manage the event experience pre-event and post-event included
  • Work with product marketing and sales to determine appropriate follow up materials
  • Ensure all assets and presentations are aligned to branding standards and visually accessible to our audience
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and source media kits
  • Maintain budget management, invoicing and vendor contracts

Marketing Coordinator requirements:

  • Managed numerous projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, adaptable environment
  • 2-3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and buyer behaviours
  • Previous experience executing marketing programs and events
  • Able to shift gears between thinking and doing across a range of marketing activities
  • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis
  • Solid organisational skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • A creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Splash and Hubspot is a plus!
