At Cutover, we’re focused on helping Enterprise teams move quickly with confidence, so we’ve built the world’s first enterprise-wide work orchestration and observability platform that enables seamless human and machine collaboration. This year we announced a $35 million Series B financing round led by Eldridge (alongside existing investors Index Ventures, Sussex Place Ventures, and Contour Ventures) and we’re thrilled to be embarking on our next exciting chapters of growth.

We’re looking for a prolific and talented content creator to write and produce regular blog posts, and various types of downloadable content, to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads. You will also manage our social media accounts by implementing engagement strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, advocates, and promoters of our company.  This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, an understanding how to both build and convert a digital audience, as well as solid project management skills.

This role can be based in London, UK or East Coast, US.

  • What you’ll be doing as our Content Marketing Manager?
  • Own regular creation and activation of content assets to drive leads, subscribers, and awareness. Assets include case studies, ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop content aligned to our business objectives. Uncover opportunities for new content development by proactively engaging with stakeholders.
  • Day to day management of the blog calendar. Create and publish posts  to support Marketing and departmental (Product, Sales, Customer Success) initiatives and campaigns. Contribute to the curation of an exciting and compelling blog calendar to target and attract relevant site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
  • Own Cutover’s social media strategy; build and manage our social media profiles and presence, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific social and publishing channels to spread both our brand and our content.
  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry to expand our reach and audience.
  • Run regular social campaigns, experiment with different approaches and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
  • Support PR efforts through drafting award submissions, speaking engagement abstracts and content needs (ie: bylined articles, op ed pieces etc)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams, external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and engages our audience.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our blog and social channels.
  • Support demand generation (online and offline) through drafting emails for outbound campaigns and workflows.
  • Always be on the lookout for  new ways to engage and reach our target buyers.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all  activities, to report on the blog and social media ROI.
  • What would we like for you to bring to the table?
  • 5+ years of proven track record in marketing, content management or communications roles. SaaS background is a plus.
  • Past experience producing blog and long-form content specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge for key social and publishing channels.
  • Past experience building engaged audiences online.
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, create with scale in mind, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results.
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionality and with senior stakeholders to generate content aligned to business goals.
  • The good stuff...
  • We want all of our team members to feel a genuine sense of ownership in what we’re building here at Cutover. We’re excited to offer Share Options as part of our compensation package.
  • Generous vacation allowance + public holidays, and we want you to take all of them!
  • We believe in a flexible, autonomous way of working. We provide work from home stipends, and we have built a trusting environment together: do great work, and build an office+home schedule that suits your scenario.

  • 401k or pension contribution depending on which location you are based in.
  • A personal learning and development budget through Learnerbly.
  • Employee Referral Scheme
  • All the company swag you could ever need.
  • If you’re thinking of starting or growing your family, then you’ll be in great company - more than half of our team are parents and we’ve built a globally consistent parental leave approach that we’re proud of.
  • Safeguarding the mental health of our teams is paramount for us. If you’d like to, then you’ll be able to avail yourself of multiple Cutover mental health initiatives, from fully subsidized therapy sessions to subscriptions to leading wellbeing platforms.
