At Cutover, we’re focused on helping Enterprise teams move quickly with confidence, so we’ve built the world’s first enterprise-wide work orchestration and observability platform that enables seamless human and machine collaboration. This year we announced a $35 million Series B financing round led by Eldridge (alongside existing investors Index Ventures, Sussex Place Ventures, and Contour Ventures) and we’re thrilled to be embarking on our next exciting chapters of growth.

We’re scaling our Revenue Ops organization in a big way and we’re excited to open the search for a Marketing Operations Manager. This cross-functional role will be focused on empowering our global marketing team to drive high performance results. We see this position as a true growth-driver within our business, with a remit spanning from the tactical to the strategic. We’re excited for the talented person in this leading role to collaborate closely with marketing, sales and technical stakeholders to build scalable processes and programs to accelerate our marketing team and Cutover as a whole.

What will you be doing as our Marketing Operations Manager?

  • Working with our marketing team to develop a best-in-class operations strategy that supports Marketing’s performance goals and executing on that strategy across multiple channels.
  • Partnering with marketers to help them build and run campaigns (emails, nurture streams, events, webinars, digital programs, ABM programs, partner marketing programs). Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in campaign execution.
  • Ensuring that no lead is left behind: together with the broader Revenue Operations team, establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead management, including lead scoring, routing and efficient handovers to Sales.
  • Leading the Marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including regular marketing metrics reviews to drive optimization and positive ROI.
  • Creating and maintaining regional dashboards to report on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact.
  • Partnering with the Marketing, Sales and Finance teams to forecast quarterly pipeline and MQL goals to determine monthly and quarterly targets for the business to reach its goals.
  • Identifying, designing and executing new processes that enable marketers to be more effective in their day to day work, including executional excellence, overall efficiency and measurement.
  • Analyzing program performance and sales data to identify high-propensity markets/segments and make recommendations for key targets/programs.
  • Collaborating with the Revenue and Business Operations teams to manage and maintain data quality within the marketing database, including compliance, tracking, enrichment, audience builds and regional targeting/segmentation.
  • Partnering with IT to identify, evaluate, implement and enable marketers with tools & technology to improve and optimize the marketing team performance.
  • What would we like you to bring to the table for this role?
  • You have strong experience in marketing / operations / analytics / business operations roles, ideally in a SaaS environment (we’re thinking that you’re likely to have been doing what you do for 3-5 years, but we’re not fixed to that number).
  • You have a truly deep understanding of marketing technology: marketing automation (Hubspot preferred), Salesforce.com, CMS, Google Analytics, ABM platforms (Terminus a plus) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
  • You have proven experience managing Marketing Operations processes, including lead management, database management, segmentation, field mapping, data enrichment and budget management.
  • You know how to build strong, collaborative relationships with Revenue Operations and marketers to define and implement projects and campaigns.
  • You have strong analytical skills and love working with data.
  • You’re able and excited to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment (things are busy here in scale-up world!) and you understand the importance of great communication (both written and verbal), especially in today’s remote-driven culture.
  • The good stuff...
  • You’ll be given a solid compensation plan. We want all of our team members to feel a genuine sense of ownership in what we’re building here at Cutover. We’re excited to offer Share Options as part of our compensation package.
  • 20 days of PTO per year + NY public holidays, and we want you to take all of them!
  • A top-tier private health insurance package

  • A personal learning and development budget through Learnerbly.
  • If you’re thinking of starting or growing your family, then you’ll be in great company - more than half of our team are parents and we’ve built a globally consistent parental leave approach that we’re proud of.
  • Employee Referral Scheme
  • Cutover mental health initiatives, from fully subsidized therapy sessions to subscriptions to leading wellbeing platforms.
