At Cutover, we’re focused on helping Enterprise teams move quickly with confidence, so we’ve built the world’s first enterprise-wide work orchestration and observability platform that enables seamless human and machine collaboration. We recently announced our $35 million Series B financing round led by Eldridge (alongside existing investors Index Ventures, Sussex Place Ventures, and Contour Ventures) and we’re thrilled to be embarking on our next exciting chapters of growth.

We’ve been scaling our Customer Journey Organisation [CJO = the term we give to all of our teams focused on driving Cutover’s revenue] in a big way ahead of 2021, and we’re excited to open up more new headcount on our UK Enterprise Accounts Team. We’re looking for talented new-business salespeople to come on board and lead us forward into the exciting next chapters of growth, focused on landing new logos, building scalable processes, and nurturing an inclusive, high-performing, and creative sales culture.

What we’d like you to bring to the table for this role as an Enterprise Account Executive at Cutover...

  • You’re likely to be a Senior Account Executive with multiple years of enterprise-level SaaS sales experience under your belt; you’ll ideally be comfortable and energised carrying annual new business quotas north of £1 million and be able to demonstrate that you’re well accustomed to overachieving on your goals;
  • Cutover’s account base is in Financial Services and we are now looking to enter adjacent verticals in the UK so a strong track record of success selling to large enterprise customers is what we are looking for. Your skill set and experience will determine the territory opportunity.
  • We would love for you to have been selling complex SaaS products to technical stakeholders for several years; you’ll ideally have a strong network of CIO/CTO level people in the UK and further afield;
  • You’re passionate about the craft of new business sales; you’re an avid learner and are always keen to get feedback on how to continue your own personal growth journey (you’re equally keen to enable those around you to grow, too; especially more junior salespeople on the team);
  • You are fluent in the modern enterprise salesperson’s technology stack (Salesforce.com, Sales Navigator, Hubspot  etc.); you’re process-oriented and are always open to trying new tooling and approaches to help scale your success. You will also have embraced sales methodologies like MEDDICC or Customer Centric Selling (or similar).
  • You’ll be comfortable leading demos and aren’t someone who shies away from technical discussion; you’re a credible communicator on technical subject matters and aren’t always rushing to hand things directly over to your technical pre-sales counterparts straight away;
  • You’re structured, focused and autonomous in the way you approach time management: you can demonstrate that you work in an activity-driven manner, while leaving time for more strategic work, too.
  • Ownership is a high priority for you. You’re a self starter and someone who embraces the challenge of creating your own franchise within the business. This sense of ownership translates to how you view your sales pipeline, too; you’re not someone who waits around for marketing or the BDR team to fill your funnel for you, you’re keen to get proactive and make things happen yourself;
  • You’re a natural collaborator and have experience in a team-based-sell environment. You’re someone who gets buy in from marketing, partners, CS, product and pre-sales and brings them on the journey to help you execute your vision.
  • The good stuff...
  • You’ll be given a solid compensation plan. We want all of our team members to feel a genuine sense of ownership in what we’re building here at Cutover. We’re excited to offer Share Options as part of our compensation package.
  • 25 days paid holiday per year + 8 Bank Holidays, and we want you to take all of them!
  • We believe in a flexible, autonomous way of working. We provide work from home stipends, and we have built a trusting environment together: do great work, and build an office+home schedule that suits your scenario.
  • We’re committed to cover a bulk of the total cost of health insurance with company-funded employee Private Medical Insurance via Vitality.
  • A personal learning and development budget through Learnerbly.
  • If you’re thinking of starting or growing your family, then you’ll be in great company - more than half of our team are parents and we’ve built a globally consistent parental leave approach that we’re proud of.
  • Safeguarding the mental health of our teams is paramount for us. If you’d like to, then you’ll be able to avail yourself of multiple Cutover mental health initiatives, from fully subsidized therapy sessions to subscriptions to leading wellbeing platforms.
  • Employee Referral Scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • All the company swag you could ever need.
