We’re scaling our Growth team and we’re excited to open the search for an Inbound SDR. This cross-functional role will be responsible for executing and optimizing our framework and processes to follow-up on inbound leads, and providing inbound prospects with solutions to business challenges and demonstrating the value of Cutover’s platform. We’re excited for the talented person in this role to partner closely with marketing, sales and technical stakeholders to help build scalable processes and programs to accelerate and meet our pipeline and revenue goals. We’re looking for a motivated, self-starter who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment. You must be agile, highly collaborative, and able to think on your feet. This role will report directly to the VP of Growth and work very closely with the Director of Inside Sales.

What will you be doing as our Inbound SDR?

  • Engage with marketing, revenue, enablement and operations leadership to build processes, systems, and metrics to optimize the speed, accuracy, and effectiveness of our end-to-end lead to opportunity process
  • Execute and help improve the Inbound SDR Playbook to drive SDR consistency and influence the adoption of new technologies, processes, and outreach strategies to improve productivity
  • Develop data-based recommendations to continuously improve our revenue engine and productivity
  • Support the hiring and development of additional inbound SDRs
  • Manage follow-ups on email, chat tools (Drift), and 3rd party platforms (G2)
  • Continuously shape and implement processes and strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity driven by data, data integrity
  • Report individual results and contribute in conversations about business direction, what we need to do to ensure success and how we continuously deliver
  • Work with multiple Account Executive / Directors (AE/AD) leadership teams to ensure SDR and AE organizations work effectively, and that a quality pipeline is being developed
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing and revenue operations to maximize pipeline creation, lead flow and conversion rates to drive revenue
  • What would we like you to bring to the table for this role?
  • 2+ years Sales Development /SaaS sales experience as a top performer in a fast-growth, Software/SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with sales stack tools like: Salesforce, Salesloft, Drift, ZoomInfo, Chorus, Reachdesk, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Atrium, Bombora, Lean Data
  • Experience working in an ABM environment
  • Proven track record of building a positive team culture, motivating team members, and developing them in their career
  • Analytical with the ability to identify trends, and make data-driven decisions - you move quickly, think strategically, and are superb at tactical execution
  • You know how to build strong, collaborative relationships with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations and Marketers to define and implement projects and campaigns
  • You’re able and excited to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment (things are busy here in the scale-up world!)
  • You understand the importance of great communication (both written and verbal), especially in today’s remote-driven culture and have impeccable business judgement
  • Global experience is strongly desired although not required
