  • Develop a roadmap and prioritization strategy for the ongoing enhancement of our reporting and analytics capabilities across all HR systems
  • Lead the team to identify and deliver key insights and recommendations related to organizational health, hiring, retention, internal mobility, talent planning, diversity & inclusion, and employee experience

Who You Are:

  • Passion for analyzing data to extract meaningful insights that influence business outcomes
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team of analysts and Analytics leaders and in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR data and processes related to the employee lifecycle (such as talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, DE&I, and employee feedback)
  • Familiarity with SQL, R, or Python for data analysis including developing scalable data models
  • Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI..) and with Storage platforms (Snowflake, Amazon Redshift)
  • Expertise in statistical methods (including regression, correlation, scenario analysis, forecasting, and A/B testing) and with capacity planning, predictive modeling and hypothesis testing
  • Prior experience in integrating People Analytics tools, especially with platforms like Greenhouse, Gem, and Workday

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply.
