The GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers leveraging diverse business backgrounds in investment banking, management consulting, investment management and strategy & operations to accelerate Datadog’s global growth. We work directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to set growth strategy, improve efficiency across the business, support data-driven decision-making, own complex operations and more.

We are looking for an Analyst to join our growing GTM Strategy & Operations team in Mexico City. In this role you will work closely with our regional sales teams and own the day to day operations for key processes related to leads, contacts and accounts. You will also be given the opportunity to learn our Rules of Engagement and execute decision making in order to foster sales productivity and alignment to our core sales process. You will dig into details to understand process pain points, drive decision making for our rules of engagement and support sales in their day to day interactions for go-to-market operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Review Lead and Account queues and handle related issue resolution for Sales Operations Requests
  • Conduct reviews of internal and external data to validate data quality and qualify and prioritize accounts which meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Support Sales Managers on territory management and account alignments in CRM
  • Partner with Regional GTM Strategy & Ops leaders to make suggestions for improving operational processes observed in your day to day
  • Provide standard and ad-hoc reporting and dashboards for leaders in region
  • Resolve Rules of Engagement conflicts and regularly make decisions as a third party advisor to sellers
  • Build business cases for operational enhancements based on inefficiencies observed in the field supported by thorough data analysis

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in GTM/Revenue/Sales Operations
  • You are a self-starter and highly motivated
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to overcome obstacles
  • Organized and results-oriented with excellent attention to detail
  • You are a Learner - you enjoy learning new things and apply your knowledge to your day to day where applicable
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • You enjoy collaborating with others and solving problems
  • Experience working at a SaaS company
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Excel experience, analytical skills
