As Product Manager for security integrations you will be responsible for building compelling integrations with Datadog’s security products, primarily for the Cloud SIEM product. You will work closely with security vendors, customers, and experts to understand what capabilities are available, what data sources are most valuable, and how Datadog can meet the needs of security operations and DevSecOps teams today. You will significantly increase the number of security integrations for Datadog. In pursuit of these goals, you will work with product teams across Datadog to identify opportunities to improve our existing integrations and create many new ones. You will also partner with engineers, designers, and go-to market teams to drive adoption across thousands of customers and multiple product lines.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build out an extensive and compelling library of security integrations that will drive growth and adoption of Datadog’s security products
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation and market disruption
  • Foster and maintain relationships with security vendors across the industry
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrations consistently and reliably
  • Maintain and report to product leadership on key metrics regarding security integration growth and adoption
  • Articulate security value of integrations internally and with customers
  • Discuss integration needs with customers and prospects and use their insights to drive product roadmap decisions
  • Drive and own the security integration product requirements while working closely with key stakeholders including, customers, sales, engineering, threat researchers, designers, and other product management leaders to assure delivery
  • Work closely with Executives, Marketing, Sales, PR, Design, and Support teams to successfully bring to the market new security integrations
Who You Are:
  • At least 3+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software serving a technical audience. A security background is preferred.
  • Strong sense of ownership: will own and measure outcomes along with sales, technical solutions, products, etc.
  • Ideally experience in direct or adjacent markets and domains: cybersecurity, application observability, security operations center teams, detection engineering, incident response, forensics, automation, Cloud-native security.
  • Demonstrated ability to distill and present research findings, market analysis, and product requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong affinity for customer empathy, a keen eye for design and relationship building
  • Demonstrated robust, structured, and data-driven problem-solving and prioritization skills, using strong verbal and written communications.

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
