We are looking for an Agent Implementation Manager to join our Customer Success team at DataSnipper. You will manage the first 90 days of a customer's journey on our agent platform, from scoping and building their first agents to driving adoption in real audit or finance workflows. You will work independently on standard implementations, while partnering with senior CS, Product, or Engineering colleagues when customer complexity, technical risk, or stakeholder sensitivity requires escalation.
This role sits at the intersection of business/workflow transformation and applied AI. You are equal parts trusted advisor, hands-on builder, and change agent. You drive early impact, making sure agents are live, adopted, and delivering value before enabling the CSM to scale value long term.
This is a role for someone who is energized by fast-moving, customer-facing environments, comfortable operating with some ambiguity, and excited to help improve repeatable onboarding playbooks as we scale our agent platform.
About DataSnipperAudit and finance are still massively manual, and we are on a mission to change that. DataSnipper is a $1B bootstrapped unicorn with 600,000+ users across 180+ countries, already embedded in the daily workflows of top audit and accounting firms worldwide.
We build software that automates the repetitive, time-consuming work that holds audit and finance teams back. Our platform connects your workflows (in or outside of Excel) to real documents and audit evidence so teams can work faster, with full traceability and confidence.
With AI and Agents at the core of our product vision, we are helping teams move from manual execution to intelligent, automated workflows. We are not just building software. We are transforming how audit gets done. If you want to build something category-defining at scale, this is the place.
What You Will DoManage the first 90 days of onboarding for customers, partnering with the CSM to align stakeholders, define success, and keep implementation moving with pace and accountability
Run discovery sessions to understand customer workflows, identify high-value agent use cases, and scope an implementation plan tied to customer goals
Build, test, and refine agents directly with customers until they are ready for adoption in real workflows
Troubleshoot prompting, accuracy, and common edge-case challenges during deployment, iterating independently where appropriate and knowing when to bring in Product, Engineering, or a senior CS partner
Drive adoption through training, office hours, and lightweight success plans that connect agent usage to measurable customer value
Monitor early adoption signals, intervene when engagement is lagging, and execute a clean handoff to the ongoing CSM
Capture implementation friction, feature gaps, and repeatable learnings to improve onboarding playbooks, agent templates, and future deployments within the CS function
Required experience: 3β6 years in implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering, customer success, or a customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS. You have a track record of managing structured implementation workstreams and getting customers to value quickly.
Hands-On Builder Mindset: You are comfortable working directly with software β configuring, testing, and iterating β and you do not wait for someone else to solve a technical problem when you can work through it yourself.
Customer Presence: You build trust quickly with customer stakeholders, run structured sessions with confidence, and stay composed when something breaks in front of a client.
Structured Execution: You manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing track of details. You are organized, follow through on commitments, and know how to keep an implementation on track with medium support.
Clear Communication: You write and speak with clarity. You can translate technical configuration decisions into language customers understand and can document what was built in a way that is useful to the teams who inherit the account.
Curiosity About AI and Industry Transformation: You are genuinely interested in transforming the accounting industry, how AI agents work, and how they can be applied to real customer workflows. You do not need a deep engineering background, but you are energized by working at the frontier of applied AI in enterprise software.
Adaptability: You thrive in environments where the playbook is still being written. You bring structure where there is ambiguity and stay constructive when priorities shift.
