About the role:
We are currently looking to expand our local team in Latin America by hiring an ambitious Business Development Representative to join our growing Sales team. In this role you will identify and qualify prospects and proactively reach out to them. You will have your individual targets, but you will also be a valuable member of a larger sales team and that means you will truly learn and master the art of sales in a fast-growing scale-up environment. This is a ground-floor opportunity and a first step on the path to a highly successful commercial career at Datasnipper.
If you are a highly energetic self-starter with experience in business development or sales, if you get fired up at the thought of changing the Audit industry for the better, and if you get as excited engaging in enriching conversation with prospective clients as you get about driving customer satisfaction, we would love to talk to you!
What you will do:
- Proactively reach out to prospects that fit our ideal customer profile in the Latin American region by using a mix of different tools like calling, e-mailing and LinkedIn.
- Book meetings for the Account Executives and closely work together on guiding our prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Become a DataSnipper product expert and use this knowledge to effectively guide customers towards their desired outcomes.
- Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities.
What you bring:
- 1-2 years experience in business development roles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills combined with a positive attitude and drive for success.
- Ability to credibly interact with stakeholders at enterprise accounts, explore business challenges, and to present Datasnipper in a compelling way.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
