About the Role

We are looking for a Product & GTM Enablement Manager to lead and grow our Revenue Enablement function. You will own our enablement strategy and lead a team of two, ensuring the entire Revenue organization is equipped to sell, implement, and support DataSnipper with confidence.

You will be the connective tissue between Product, Product Marketing, and our Revenue organization, ensuring that every new product release, capability update, and strategic shift is understood, internalized, and actionable by our field teams. You will work closely with PMs and the broader Product team to translate roadmap developments into role-specific enablement that reaches leaders, managers, and individual contributors alike.

This role requires someone who can operate autonomously, manage and develop a small team, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality or alignment.

About DataSnipper

Audit and finance are still massively manual, and we are on a mission to change that. DataSnipper is a $1B bootstrapped unicorn with 600,000+ users across 180+ countries, already embedded in the daily workflows of top audit and accounting firms worldwide.

We build software that automates the repetitive, time-consuming work that holds audit and finance teams back. Our platform works in and outside of Excel connecting to real documents and audit evidence so teams can work faster, with full traceability and confidence.

With AI and Agents at the core of our product vision, we are helping teams move from manual execution to intelligent, automated workflows. We are not just building software. We are transforming how audit gets done. If you want to build something category-defining at scale, this is the place.

What You Will Do

Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of two Enablement Managers, setting clear goals, providing regular coaching, and creating space for them to grow

  • Own the team's roadmap and prioritization, ensuring work is aligned to the highest-leverage opportunities across the Revenue organization

  • Operate autonomously with strong judgment on when to escalate versus drive independently

Product Enablement and GTM Readiness

  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Product Marketing to stay ahead of the roadmap, translating upcoming releases into role-specific enablement before they reach the field

  • Design and deliver launch enablement for new product features and capabilities, ensuring leaders, managers, and ICs are equipped to speak to and demonstrate them confidently

  • Build and maintain a scalable product knowledge infrastructure including training materials, release notes for the field, and quick-reference guides that keeps the team current as the product evolves

  • Serve as the go-to internal resource for questions about how DataSnipper works, what has changed, and how to position new capabilities

Revenue Enablement Programs

  • Design and deliver enablement programs that span the full revenue team including AEs, CSMs, SEs, and frontline managers, aligned to where they are in the customer lifecycle

  • Build and run discovery, value realization, and objection-handling training that prepares the field for tough conversations with technical and finance buyers

  • Develop and maintain playbooks, training workbooks, and enablement assets that provide consistent depth and are usable by a global team across time zones

  • Measure the impact of enablement programs through clear metrics and use data to continuously improve quality, coverage, and field performance

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact between Product, PMM, and the Revenue org for all enablement-related alignment

  • Build strong relationships with Revenue leaders and managers to surface gaps, gather feedback, and ensure enablement stays relevant

  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning across the Revenue organization

What You Bring
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales enablement, or a closely adjacent role within B2B SaaS

  • Demonstrated experience managing or leading a team, with the ability to set direction, give feedback, and develop people

  • Proven ability to work closely with Product and PMM to translate roadmap developments into field-ready enablement at pace

  • Hands-on experience building enablement programs from scratch including training curricula, playbooks, and launch frameworks, not just delivering pre-made content

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and hold a room across levels of seniority

  • Comfortable operating autonomously and making prioritization calls without needing heavy direction

  • Data-driven approach to identifying gaps and measuring the impact of enablement on field performance

  • Experience working across global, distributed teams and comfortable working across time zones

  • Ability to manage up, across, and down, influencing without authority and keeping key stakeholders aligned

  • Experience in audit, finance, or accounting technology is a strong plus
