About the role
As the Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering at DataSnipper, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of solutions engineers in providing exceptional service and support during the sales process. You will empower your team to understand customer challenges, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless, positive experience throughout the sales cycle
You’ll play a critical role in collaborating up with sales leadership to map out strategies and provide expertise within the sales cycle to ensure our prospects understand the value of DataSnipper and to assist in driving deals forward.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Customer Solution Engineering
- Work closely with prospects and customers to deeply understand their requirements and business needs
Sales Process Optimization
- Design and implement streamlined Solutions Engineering processes that accelerate deal velocity
- Create seamless workflows between Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success
Training & Enablement:
- Oversee the onboarding and ongoing training for new Solutions Engineers, ensuring they are well-prepared to succeed in customer-facing interactions.
Metrics & Reporting
- Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for the Solutions Engineering team
- Report on the status of pre-sales engagements, team performance, and overall impact on the sales pipeline
What you bring
- Experience: 6+ years in enterprise Solutions Engineering, with at least 3 years experience in leading and scaling a solutions engineering team within a rapidly growing company or startup environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team of Solutions Engineers.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
