Senior Product Manager, Core

Our Core Product focuses on accelerating productivity for Audit and Finance professionals through intelligent automation, data analysis, and collaboration tools.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our Core Product
• Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap, with a focus on moving towards more frequent release cycles
• Collaborate closely with engineering, customer success, and other cross-functional teams
• Drive product development initiatives to transition our platform to cloud-based solutions
• Work closely with the engineering team to balance strategic thinking with hands-on product management skills, ensuring that product decisions are both visionary and technically feasible

What you bring:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS environments
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and drive innovation.
• Skilled in developing clear product roadmaps that align with business objectives and executing successful go-to-market plans.
• Proven track record of effectively communicating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure alignment and drive product success.
• While deep technical knowledge is not required, a solid understanding of software development processes and technologies is a plus to facilitate effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to track product performance metrics, gather insights, and make informed decisions based on data.
• Strong organizational skills to balance competing priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight timelines.
• Experience in gathering customer feedback through interviews, surveys, or usability testing to inform product improvements.
• Knowledge of industry regulations relevant to finance and audit sectors would be a plus
