We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, energetic and believes in showing up as part of a team. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of qualified business in UK/I. You'll be qualifying leads and creating opportunities with large companies across all industries using a multi-channel approach (email, social, telephone).

We're interested in talking to candidates who are self-starters, naturally curious and who have a caring attitude towards others; qualities that can be demonstrated both personally and professionally. You should have a passion for communications/languages and a desire to be part of a fast-paced, hyper-growth scale-up. You'll be helping to build the future of translation technology.

Your responsibilities

  • Use a multi-channel approach to qualify leads sourced from the DeepL website & marketing activities.
  • Own the relationship and align with the Account Executive (AE) team to deliver qualified meetings within AE account sets.
  • Own your territory acting as a trusted advisor for prospects & co- create outbound strategy with aligned AEs with a view to book qualified meetings within territory.
  • Work to achieve monthly targets in terms of booked meetings and NQP targets.
  • Act with intention and execute at speed by ensuring a high level of activity across channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) & ensure leads are worked whilst hot.
  • Garner curiosity & excitement about DeepL's B2B product suite amongst prospects
  • Accurately track all sales activities in Salesforce & Salesloft.
  • Contribute to building a great team environment that fosters collaboration, fun and high energy

Qualities we look for

  • Fluency in English and German are essential- please do not to apply if you don't meet this requirement
  • Active listening skills and natural curiosity to gather customer requirements and connect them to the DeepL product suite.
  • Ability to give feedback where required & take feedback;, looking for candidates with a growth mindset who are hungry to learn from their peers and share best practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environment that’s constantly changing.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about developing a career in technology sales
  • Minimum 6 months successful sales experience (ideally in a SaaS environment in Inside Sales, SDR, BDR etc.)
  • Team player who looks out for others and proactively helps the team
