What will you be doing?

The Sales Enablement Director will be responsible for leading our sales enablement efforts to drive revenue growth and enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-growth companies, proven experience in developing and executing sales enablement strategies, and a track record of implementing effective sales processes and tools.

Your responsibilities:

  • Evolve our sales methodology to drive a stronger enterprise selling motion
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to support the sales team in achieving their targets and objectives.
  • Cultivate strong relationships across the organization: partner with Sales and Customer teams to understand requirements and ensure programs are contextualized and aligned to company strategy and key initiatives.
  • Collaborate with supporting functions - marketing, product, people and culture - to align sales enablement initiatives with GTM roadmap.
  • Assess the training needs of the sales team, and design and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to enhance their selling skills, product knowledge, and market understanding.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and develop strategies and action plans to address them.
  • Drive results through communication, feedback, and change management to ensure successful adoption of new processes
  • Own the selection process and on-going management of our sales enablement tools e.g. (Highspot, Docebo, etc) identify opportunities to integrate automation and AI
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and high performance
  • Be a trusted and strategic partner to our senior stakeholders proactively partnering with them to contribute to the leadership and strategic direction of the company
  • You will play a key role in developing the Sales Operations strategy to deliver impact, drive change, implement new initiatives, that enable the strategic agenda for the company

Qualities we look for:

  • Substantial experience in senior Sales Enablement
  • A deep understanding of sales enablement principles, strategies, and best practices. A proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in sales performance, productivity, and revenue
  • Proven experience developing and executing a strategic roadmap for sales enablement
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success
  • Strong leadership and experience managing sales enablement teams, coaching and developing sales talent, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of roles and titles Solid experience with Google suite of products including Slides, Sheet, Docs
  • Strong analytical skills to include identification of requirements and problem-solving techniques.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems such as Mindtickle, Highspot, Docebo, or similar
  • Ability to work in fast paced, dynamic environment, meet changing deadlines and priorities on multiple simultaneous projects
  • Ability to multitask across broad range of responsibilities, prioritize and meet deadlines

  • Experience working with Partners (eg. Resellers, Consultants, ISVs)
  • Training, facilitation and coaching experience
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, and other sales tools
