We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us drive rider acquisition across digital and non-digital channels, managing best-in-class strategy and execution across Search, Social, and Job Boards. The role involves close collaboration with the creative, data science, and marketing technology teams to create innovative digital campaigns in order to secure rider applicants into our fleet.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be joining the Rider Marketing team within Global Operations. We are responsible for ensuring our fleet remains healthy and engaged, using data-driven insights to attract the right riders at the right time.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Platform Management: Oversee campaign setups, budget pacing, and performance optimisations across Search and hybrid channels like Performance Max.
Planning & Forecasting: Execute weekly and quarterly spend planning to inform our global acquisition forecasts and testing roadmaps.
Organic Growth: Audit and action improvements for SEO and App Store Optimisation (ASO) while coordinating website experiments.
Reporting & Analytics: Conduct post-campaign analysis to generate insights that shape future strategy and present performance updates to stakeholders.
Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automate processes, collaborating with engineering teams where necessary.
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Proven Search Expertise: Significant experience in campaign management across Paid Search and hybrid channels (e.g., Performance Max).
D2C Performance: A track record of launching consumer-facing campaigns, ideally within a high-growth digital brand.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis tools to synthesise complex information into actionable marketing insights.
Organic Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO/ASO principles and how they integrate with paid strategies.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to communicate technical marketing concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
