The Role

As the scale and complexity of Deliveroo grows, we’re looking for a passionate and intellectually curious Senior B2B Acquisition Marketing Manager  to join our expanding Global B2B Marketing team.

Deliveroo has ambitious growth plans and this role will have direct impact on achieving it, with sole responsibility in leading acquisition strategy globally for all our partners and driving impact on our Demand Generation efforts through digital and offline channels. The work of the Global Acquisition Marketing Manager is done across a range of geographies and market situations, with a variety of challenges and opportunities in each.

As a Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager, you’ll secure insights and deeply understand our users, our markets & the competitive landscape. You’ll develop strategy to acquire partners at scale through digital channels as well as develop approaches and local guidelines for hyper local acquisition opportunities. You will carry an acquisition target which will have incremental revenue impact on the business and support regional leads in achieving their individual market goals. This role will have full control of digital channels - partner website, paid and owned media, offline. Success in this role will require the development of effective working relationships with senior leaders across markets, marketing, commercial & sales, operations & salestech teams across Deliveroo and providing demonstrable impact of B2B Demand Generation.

You’ll ideally bring to the role functional expertise in B2B Demand Generation/Revenue Marketing and be passionate about food in general, and Deliveroo in particular.   • Build a strategy on how we are going to reach our target audience and target numbers, get them on the platform and keep them there within predefined budget and CPAs.
  • Managing stakeholders across the business and advocating for Demand Generation and growth of the function across Commercial, Data Science, Tech teams.
  • Plan, build and execute multi-channel inbound Demand Generation Campaigns across all markets.
  • Manage inbound lead pipeline across multiple channels and campaigns and ensure smooth ‘handover’ to sales and Marketing Engagement squad.
  • Take ownership of the Partner Website as part of the acquisition channel. Ensuring that our traffic to lead conversion metrics are best in class and inbound sales funnel is ‘healthy’ and on target.
  • Provide and work with the teams on implementing recommendations and optimisations around content and UX.
  • Improve our Organic SEO and rankings by conducting regular SEO reviews, providing recommendations to the Content squad and technical enhancements to Performance and tech teams.
  • You will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team around planning, buying & evaluation of paid digital campaigns to attract new partners with Deliveroo.
  • Developing scalable and robust content acquisition strategy and working in partnership with the Content squad to execute against it.
  • Build internal and external playbooks to local markets on ‘how to generate demand’ at a hyper local level.


  • +5 years experience embedding within Tech & Marketing Orgs
  • B2B Experience is a must
  • Obsessed by driving marketing performance and ROI. Used to managing budgets, hitting targets and managing CPAs
  • Excellent multi-tasker and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterised by constant growth
  • Extremely data driven and high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex, large-scale concepts.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and drive long term impact
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, especially sales and commercial functions
  • Analytical and problem - solving skills experience
  • Advanced Excel/ Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to manipulate and understand data visualisation tools and reporting - Tableau, Looker, GA studio
  • Knowledge of media platforms including 3rd party tracking and optimisation tools ie Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Spotify is a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Marketplace experience is a huge plus
