When you first think about Deliveroo, you probably think of getting great food to your house in less than half an hour. Awesome right? But behind the scenes is the real story. This story is one of high growth, huge challenges and an enormous opportunity ahead of us. It began with our founder Will, arriving in London in 2004 and finding it almost impossible to order great food, despite the wealth of incredible restaurants in the city. In 2013 Deliveroo was launched. Fast forward to 2020 and we operate in 12 markets with over 60,000 riders who deliver orders from 60,000 restaurants in over 500 cities worldwide.

The algorithms behind that marketplace are the secret sauce that allows us to deliver our orders in around 30 minutes.

There are so many questions we need to answer and plenty more we haven’t even encountered. How do data and technology help restaurants to grow as consumer habits change? How can we predict what someone wants to order for dinner long before the idea has even crossed their mind? Our Enterprise Account Management team owns and manages our relationships within the Enterprise Segment. As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants and chains - aside from providing best-in-class support, we are restaurant consultants that use data-driven insight and industry knowledge to drive our partner restaurants’ growth. The AMs are a passionate, dynamic group of team players that work well together and cross functionally with other departments...and of course, they’re fun, personable, and great at building relationships!
As an Enterprise Account Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Manage a portfolio of key restaurants in cooperation with the Enterprise Account Manager with a focus on building lasting relationships and optimizing restaurant operations
- Monitor and analyze restaurant performance, and proactively support them in unlocking their full potential
- Own and manage operational tasks and reviews, build and deliver insight during monthly and quarterly reviews focusing on how to improve the business
- Increase revenue and health metrics by consulting restaurant partners on best practice
- Identify opportunities to deepen and grow the relationship with key restaurant partners by involving and working cross functionally with other parts of the Deliveroo business
- Work with cross functional departments to drive business growth (Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Corporate)
- At least 1 years experience in account management/sales or consulting firm.
- Strong analytical acumen
- Excellent attention to detail, people skills and organization skills
- Ability to create and maintain long term relationships
- Demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office tools and related project management applications to drive best practice
- A self-starter as we’ll look for you to manage your own time and priorities
- Must be fluent in English
