About The Role
We’re hiring the first Growth Marketing Manager to help scale the digital and email marketing efforts at DraftWise. To date, DraftWise has successfully acquired some of the world’s biggest law firms and built up brand awareness and trust through traditional marketing channels. Now, with an expanded ICP, the DraftWise marketing team is eager to explore a breadth of new channels to capture more of the market.
In the growth marketing function, you will have the power to shape the earliest customer experience at DraftWise – you’ll work cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class customer acquisition strategy and help to build a unique growth playbook, unlike anything we’ve seen in legal tech. You will be responsible for scaling some of our most important marketing channels, and we expect you to be comfortable forecasting campaign performance, optimizing conversion, and scaling channels for several ICPs.
Responsibilities breakdown
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to build a scalable paid acquisition function at DraftWise.
  • Effectively manage a set budget, allocating resources across various channels (including paid SEO, display, and experimental channels), markets, and ICPs to achieve high ROI and meet inbound acquisition goals.
  • Work closely with the content team to optimize conversion across organic inbound campaigns and activities, and build a thoughtful, data-first email marketing strategy.
  • Support continuous marketing site experiments and landing page optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand inbound performance, increasing demand and conversion on inbound traffic.
  • Improve attribution reporting and best practices, staying up to date on the best MarTech and techniques for optimizing the customer journey and internal reporting.
  • Develop an internal reporting system and own efficiency metrics, and provide in-depth, documented analysis of campaign performance.
You will have broad ownership over your initiatives, the ability to shape our culture as we grow, and flexibility over your schedule. The marketing team is based out of our NYC office.
