We are looking for a Community Specialist who will plan and execute a comprehensive content strategy fostering an engaged community. Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing community strategies across social media platforms to enhance user engagement
  • Engaging with our community, responding to inquiries and feedback
  • Analyzing and reporting community metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, translating these into actionable plans
  • Collaborating with graphic designers for content creation
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and community management best practices to continuously improve our approach

Requirements

  • Experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Willingness to take ownership of the community management
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Passion and interest in games and community management
  • Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
