The role

Your goal is to attract and hire the right people to the right roles, based on technical experience and a set of soft skills aligned with the values of the company.

What you'll do

  • You will apply your experience to fulfill hiring needs, having the ownership to amaze your candidates and the teams
  • Ensure that we meet the recruitment plan and keep the Teams updated, presenting regular reports to them
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • You'll develop TA strategies and hiring plans,
  • Run the TA process from beginning to end
  • Insure a great onboarding experience
  • Someone that creates thoughtful and positive relationships
  • Partner with hiring managers regarding the selection and offer process
  • You will help on several recruitment processes development and continuous improvement, having in mind the global impact of these solutions and adapting it to local needs
  • Develop different sourcing strategies like advertising, employee referrals and direct sourcing, building candidate pipelines autonomously
  • Think outside of the box, giving inputs, always making courageous decisions, taking valuable risks

Who you are

  • An experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist that can ensure the full-cycle recruitment
  • Someone experienced in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing
  • A Data-driven person with a mindset focused on maximizing ROI
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken mandatory)
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A Team player
  • Passionate about people and focused in delivering an outstanding recruiting experience for candidates and Hiring Managers.
