Production Delivery Manager is accountable for the coordination of the multiple teams involved in the production process and all related activities to launch and maintain a product on line while managing client needs and expectations being its main point of contact.

What you'll do

  • Build positive and productive working relationships with clients for business growth
  • Be the main point of contact of the clients for all production related issues and requests
  • Provide regular feedback to clients regarding production status
  • Manage clients future production needs by providing the accurate and up to date forecast to the production teams
  • Book production slots with clients according to their needs and internal production capacity
  • Support onboarding of new clients: be part of the project team, ensuring all necessary activities of production, since the kick off until a successful launch
  • Responsible for secure key production information between client and production teams (i.e. product information, barcodes, prices, geoprices, etc.)
  • Deal with day-to-day production operations with brands - includes new collections (currently in production) as well as collections already online
  • Manage all tickets from Service Desk regarding production, issues and tasks requested by clients, ensuring all SLA´s agreed are fulfilled
  • Follow up production budget in order to guarantee that costs are aligned with client tier/contract
  • Address identified problems to other internal work streams (tech, product, operations, pricing, …) to ensure that the best service is provided to clients
  • Be the main contact of production for the other internal work streams (tech, product, operations, pricing, …) in order identify and support problem resolution

Who you are

  • An experienced manager in a successful production operation including post production) with a thorough understanding of workflows, tools & systems, and talent required
  • A creative problem solver, able to resolve problems under pressure and calmly.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Must be well organized, proactive and goal oriented

  • Availability to travel for short periods of time
  • Will be responsible for managing brand production processes end-to-end; including creation and active management of the production schedule, risk assessment, staffing needs (non-creative roles), data capture and asset delivery
