Commercial Business Analyst will provide insights and business opportunities to increase the partnership and performance of Farfetch marketplace partners
Work closely with the Commercial Account Managers to deep dive the KPI’s to leverage insights about how to increase the performance of the partners, categories and products available in the catalogue
Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to develop new dashboards and new insightful information to the partners.
Sales driven and be aligned with the goals and targets creating new initiatives and paths which support the development of the brand.
Generate new reports and customer driven analysis.
Work closely to merchandising and marketing teams in order to monitor the customer behaviour according to mkt activities and brand performance.
Work closely with the Commercial Account Managers and Operations team to deep dive the KPI’s among the areas and provide production planning forecast and product sales forecast to increase the efficiency of production and sales
Who you are
BA or BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or another technical field;
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis.
An experienced ecommerce professional;
Proactive with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Strong merchandising skills;
Experienced with software such as SQL;
Excellent communicator, with project management and presentation skills, both verbal and written;
Experienced in communicating to multiple stakeholders;
Process oriented with the ability to identify solutions to problems and opportunities by analyzing data;
Results driven, resilient and with sales mindset;
A Data-driven person with a mindset focused on maximising operations efficiency;
